We work on a capacity-based, subscription pricing model, with the main drivers of cost being how many vacancies you’ll typically upload over 12 months, how many PSL agencies you wish to onboard, and how many internal users you require. Talk to us to learn more and get an indicative quote.

The platform is extremely flexible so we can onboard SMEs very quickly, often in a matter of days. Enterprise clients typically take longer, typically two to three weeks for a full implementation, training and communications programme post contract.

The platform tracks and reports key recruitment metrics like volume, spend, time-to-hire, etc. It also measures supplier performance, showing your PSL in a league table and benchmarking their data against Hiring Hub’s marketplace. We can also create bespoke reports periodically, covering account and financial activity, and even your NPS score.
You host your Terms of Business on the platform. All PSL, marketplace, and ad hoc recruitment agencies you utilise must agree to those terms before they’re able to submit an applicant.
Yes. Just tell us who you want us to onboard and we can have them setup on your Portal as a compliant supplier within 24-hours.
